Moulin Rouge Pendant 1-sold

I would like to think that the French ladies would be wearing this as a choker round their pretty slim neck. Did not have a chance to visit the Moulin Rouge when I was in Paris, its a pity.

Oh..I could imagine the lights and music during the nights at Moulin Rouge during the late 1890s...or early 1900s
